350 turns over but wont start

I have checked for spark and there is spark. 2006 f-350 powerstroke turns over wont start changed fuel filters changed starter trouble code fuel pump secondary circuit low.

Was out in the 350 yesterday and parked up last night.

350 turns over but wont start. I also have this problem with my 2001 f 350 dually 73 diesel. Driving it down the highway and lost power. Pulled over and it wont start.

We replaced cam shaft sensor since this has happened before. I did notice the oil gauge wasnt work. So replaced the oil pressure sensor that fixed the gauge.

We still cant get it to start. New rebuilt Chevy 350 turns over but it will not start. New Eldebroke Carburator in place carb is spitting out.

I have turned the carb 180 still no fire. I have checked for spark and there is spark. I asked about this earlier here and was advised to move the dist over 1 tooth but it only goes in 2 spots 180 apart.

Im not sure what to do now. First check your glow plug relay to make sure it is not burned up it sits on top of passenger side valve cover if not there is an electronic fuel regulatorvalve that sits on the frame rail driverside by the front fuel tank it controls tank selection and fuel return if it is bad basically it doesnt select a tank to draw fuel from and it wont start.
