There are a lot of issues that can cause your F150 to crank but not start. The engine needs air fuel and a spark in order to run. It is highly likely that if the engine is cranking but not starting that it has thrown an OBDII code.

STARTING PROBLEM I have a 2000 ford f150 54L the truck cranks but will not start some times.
If i spray starter fliud into the booster in will start up. But other times the truck will start then just idle off. There is good fuel psi just changed the fuel pump relay.
The problem stop for a while then started again. I seem to have the same problem as 2003. My 2001 F-150 cranks over and wont start until I let it set and then crank again several times then it starts and may start several times until it acts up again.

Have you tried to spray starting fluid into the intake while cranking the engine over. If it starts then you have a fuel problem possibly injectors or poor fuel pressure or volume.
You say you check the fuel pump but not how. You have to use a gauge and not just push on the Schrader valve to see if gas is present. It could also be a timing issue.
Ok Guys after replacing the O2 sensors with Motorcraft parts the engine now cranks and runs. The truck will run out but starts to run real rough at idle especially after it warms up. It is throwing P0340 P0345 P0172 and P0175.

Coil has 12v with key on and while cranking. I was able to put on a new ign module during the no start condition but it did not fix it. If a ford f-150 turns over but will not start.
