I need to replace the lower unit prop shaft oil seals on my Honda 50HP 1999 outboard. I would much prefer having the engine start with a turn of the key every time than having to add an extra step.

The mechanic has replaced carbs with new factory ones new plugs new fuel still cuts out at mid rang rpm with hard fast throttle move to.
