It hesitates and then stays at low rpms. To date Ive confirmed fresh fuel with no H20 in it put new gaskets in the fuel pump changed an ignition coil and changes the spark plug wires. If you notice a rating from the compression gauge at less or more than what is rated for your outboard it is time to replace the fuel pump.
This test may require another person to crank the engine while you look at readings but this can help find the source of unwanted vibrations. Using a DDT Digital Diagnostic Tester or a CDS Computer Diagnostic System is the best way to properly diagnose your DFI Injectors. Since most customers dont have these expensive tools the next best thing is an ohm meter.
