I tried emailing power-pole tech support but figured this forum would have faster answers. Last week I stored my boat and forgot to turn off my perko switch to kill all power. I was getting my boat ready for fishing this weekend and noticed that the power had stayed on and the little green light on my power-pole pump was.

9 Jan 31 2014. I would be willing to bet the coupler is spun out. Remove the two bolts passing through the motor and into the pump base and lift the motor out of the way.
There will be a piece in there that joins the tooth on the motor to the tooth on the pump. Take the remote box off and gently push on the potting in the back of it. If the potting pulls away from the edges of the box power pole will cover it under warranty.
Posted June 1 2015. To update your software download the C-Monster app from the app store search for power-pole. Then turn on your bluetooth on the phone get near the boat.
Find the poles to pair with and then launch the application after pairing. The app will take you through the rest. The relief valves will not function according to the intended design of the Power-Pole anchor and may cause a mechanical failure when using only one pump system.
Many features of our 2012 and newer models will not be functional when a single pump is used to operate dual Power-Pole. I have sent Power Pole an e-mail and will contact them during regular hours. They do list a firmware update which repairs several items.

More often than not shower pump issues are down to a tripped wire. So if your pump isnt working at all check the below. - Check that the power to the pump is turned on.

If your pump does not look exactly like this pump then you do not have a C-Monster10 operating system. All Power Poles produced after 2017 utilize the C-Monster20 operating system. These Power Pole models use a different circuit board.

If you turn the key to run and then crawl under the car to measure power at the pump there wont be any. There is power WHILE the engine is cranking but will shut off if the engine doesnt run when the key is released.
